Mr. Mankwitz is predominately responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and overseeing portfolio company sales and marketing activities. Mr. Mankwitz was formerly an investment banker at St. Charles Capital, a middle market investment bank focused on mergers and acquisitions, private capital formation and related advisory services. At St. Charles Capital Mr. Mankwitz was involved in the sale of numerous community banks and various other closely held businesses. Previously, Mr. Mankwitz had experience drafting and negotiating legislative documents for Jefferson Government Relations, a lobbying firm in Washington, DC. Mr. Mankwitz received a Masters in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics with honors, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University. He is actively involved and holds leadership positions in numerous business and community associations.

EDUCATIONAL HIGHLIGHTS - Mr. Mankwitz received a Masters in Accounting and Finance with honors from the London School of Economics. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University with majors and minors in Human and Organizational Development, Business Administration, and Political Science. While at Vanderbilt University, Mr. Mankwitz's academic achievements were recognized by being offered admission into five different honor societies including Vanderbilt's prestigious chapter of Phi Eta Sigma. Mr. Mankwitz was also one of three finalists for the award recognizing the student from Vanderbilt's Peabody College who had achieved four years of scholastic and community involvement excellence.
