‘Isera Group, LLC sells its military and government sector business to Envisage Technologies’
Isera Group, LLC a Mankwitz Kurtz Investments (“MKI”) portfolio company announce the closing of the sale of substantially all of its intellectual property relating to its military and government sector business to Envisage Technologies Corporation. Santa Barbara, CA based Isera Group is a leading provider of software for complex scheduling and resource optimization, serving the military, government, emergency services and commercial sectors.
This transaction, following the previously announced sale of the company’s commercial sector business to Zoll Medical Group, completes the sale of substantially all the assets of Isera Group, LLC and ends MKI’s tenure as owner of the company, which began in May of 2001. MKI and Isera were advised on the transaction by Software Equity Group, LLC.
Over the last four years under MKI’s ownership, Isera doubled its revenues, enhanced its state of the art software products and greatly expanded its customer list to include several branches of the US Military, foreign militaries, municipalities, many of the world’s leading defense contractors as well as several emergency medical service companies and other global corporations.
